Price Match Policy
Should you find the same product cheaper elsewhere, contact us and we will do our best to beat or meet the competitor’s price.
The price matched item must be identical, including model number, components and warranty. It must be in stock and available for purchase at that price from an Australian-based retailer. Additionally, the price matched must be like-for-like, and delivery charges will need to be included where applicable.

Delivery and Collection
At Foxy’s Appliances, we aim to provide you with an excellent shopping experience at every stage of your purchase. Whether it is before purchase or after, we’ll do our best to make you happy.
We strive to supply your goods as quickly as possible, with some items being despatched in as little as 24 hours from the time you place order. In most cases, stocked items will be despatched within 3¬–5 working days of receiving your order.
Occasionally, where a significant delay is expected, we will work to keep you informed about the status of your order.
Once your item is ready to be despatched, we will send you an email confirmation or contact you by phone to finalise arrangements, and in most cases your item will be despatched or available for collection the following day.

We only use the best local courier services to deliver your parcel. Small packages up to 20kg will arrive courtesy of Australian Post, and for larger items our local delivery service will be used.
If you are not able to receive the delivery, the courier will leave a card so that you can re-arrange delivery for another suitable time. If the second attempt at delivery is missed there may be an additional cost. While this does not happen in the majority of re-delivery cases, we reserve the right to charge your credit card in order to cover our costs.
Deliveries are door to door, or in the case of items on a pallet, kerb to kerb. It is your responsibility to have enough people available at the time of delivery to handle the goods once they are at the door or kerbside.
Delivery fees are outlined in the shipping section and the applicable delivery fee will be visible to you at checkout upon entering your address details.
Our courier service will deliver the goods direct to your door, and unless you choose not to, will require a signature from the person accepting the delivery. Foxy’s cannot claim for any damage to the goods caused by the courier if you sign for them as “received in good condition”, which is standard on most courier’s delivery notes.
If you notice any sign of damage at all (even to the box), have concerns, or the courier refuses to let you check the goods, please mark the delivery note as “box damaged” at the time of signing and notify us soon as possible. Any damage subsequently found by you should be reported as soon as possible, to make it easier to reach a resolution.
All goods delivered by our local courier service are typically door to door only. In some cases, the driver may be able to help you carry the product inside, but it is not part of our contract with them.
Please ensure you have someone there who can help you carry the items inside.

Returns Information
We sincerely hope that you are satisfied with your purchase, but understand that things do sometimes goes wrong. If that happens, we are always here to assist and will do our best to resolve any issue you may have with a product in the quickest time possible.
Foxy’s Appliances is not required to provide a refund if you change your mind, but we understand that you may have second thoughts about a product once you get it home. If this is the case, be sure to contact us as soon as possible so we can help out the best we can. We will always aim to reach a reasonable solution for all parties involved.
In the majority of cases, if the product you wish to return is in an undamaged, unused and unopened condition, we will exchange the item or provide a store credit for equal value as long as you have notified us within a reasonable time from purchase.
A restocking fee may be applied where we are unable to resell the returned goods at normal price due to it being incomplete or not in as-new condition. The main exception to this is for special orders and/or custom-built items that will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Foxy’s Appliances handles all returns and refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation. This implies that a customer is entitled to a refund where an item is deemed not of saleable quality and/or not fit for purpose.
The above is on condition that proper care and maintenance, as per manufacturer guidelines, has been taken with the product throughout its life to insure against the product failing due to improper care or negligence.
Customers may be entitled to a statutory refund in the event a product fails to last a reasonable period of time, based on its perceived quality and the actual cost at time of purchase.
All goods returned for a refund or exchange should ideally be in an undamaged, unused and unopened condition.
You may choose to arrange the delivery of returned goods yourself, otherwise we can provide a quote to you for the return of your purchase through our local courier.
If you ship goods back to us yourself, ensure that you use an insured delivery service as we will not be liable for goods that are lost or damaged in transit.
